Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

The Lifetime Access Pass sold on edicsvparser.com is a one-time purchase that grants the full unlocked CSV, Excel, JSON and XML export functionality in exchange for a single payment, with your licence key emailed to you as soon as payment completes. Because access is granted in full at the moment of payment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law — see Section 5, which sets out important statutory rights for consumers in the EU, the UK and similar jurisdictions.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Unlike a physical good or a subscription service, this product is a simple, immediately-delivered digital unlock with no ongoing service commitment, no recurring billing, and full functionality demonstrated for free before purchase (via the always-visible sample files and free preview). Given the immediate, complete, and irreversible nature of the digital delivery, we do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase;
• Difficulty parsing a specific EDI file variant (structural parsing accuracy is not guaranteed — see our Terms of Service);
• Change of mind about which device you use — your licence key restores access on any device, so this is not a reason a refund is needed;
• Any reason not explicitly required by law in your jurisdiction.

3. Try Before You Buy

To minimize the risk of an unwanted purchase, we intentionally let you fully evaluate the Tool's parsing quality before paying anything: the built-in sample files are always shown 100% unblurred with no row limit, and any file you upload yourself shows a free preview of the first several record groups. We strongly encourage testing with a sample or your own file before purchasing the Lifetime Access Pass.

If the Tool cannot parse your file at all, that will be apparent in the free preview before you pay — which is precisely why the free preview exists.

4. Payment Disputes & Fraud

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your card issuer or PayPal without first contacting us may be contested using evidence of the "try before you buy" free preview and immediate digital delivery described above. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction), please contact us first at Optimusglobalsolutions@gmail.com — we investigate all good-faith reports promptly.

5. Statutory Rights (EU / UK / Other Jurisdictions)

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right to a refund, withdrawal, or cancellation that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction. If such a right applies to you, it will be honored to the extent legally required, notwithstanding the general no-refund policy stated above.

EU and UK consumers — right of withdrawal and its waiver. Consumers in the European Union (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) and the United Kingdom (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost only where you gave prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

Our checkout is operated by Gumroad as merchant of record. By completing checkout and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once supply has begun. If your checkout did not present that acknowledgement, or you are unsure whether it applied to you, contact us — where the statutory right has not validly been waived, we will honour it.

Faulty digital content. Statutory rights in respect of digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality are unaffected by this policy and are never waived by the paragraph above.
